If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are able to offer our customers a refund on any items purchased, as long as they are returned within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
- Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).
Refund Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service email at kaizenclothing.kzn@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Confirmation: We will review your request and provide you with further instructions on returning the item.
- Return Shipment: Please package the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. *Note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.*
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
- Refund Issued: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within roughly 7 days.
We accept returns for items that:
- Are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Do not match the product description.
- Are the wrong size or colour due.
Important Notes
- Items returned without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Refunds will not include the original cost of shipping.
